Logan Adams is a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property (CAPP) in Appreciable Residential Contents. She has held this designation with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) since 1992. She is further tested by ISA in Fine Art. She was elected to and served two terms on the ISA Board of Directors and was selected to join the ISA Educational Foundation Board in 2005. In the past, she chaired the ISA Designation and Review Committee for three years, served two years as a Scholarship Trustee, and has been a course reviewer for the Antiques and Residential Contents course. She is a Distance Education instructor in appraisal studies for ISA and has held this position since the inception of the program. Logan was selected as the Outstanding Member of ISA in 1996.

Logan has been an instructor of Antiques and Collectibles for Gulf Coast Community College since 2002 in the Education Encore Program, both on the main campus and the Gulf-Franklin extension.

Dick Adams is a Certified Appraiser of Personal Property (CAPP) in Appreciable Residential Contents. He has held this designation with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) since 1996. He is further tested by ISA in Machinery and Equipment (M&E) and has served on the ISA M&E Committee in addition to other committees.

Dick has a lifelong interest in the refurbishment of furniture. He has taken courses with the wood conservators at the Smithsonian Institute. In 2004, he became a licensed Florida auctioneer. He is a member in good standing with the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).

Logan and Dick are ISA trained in the appraisal of restaurant equipment. They are both published in the ISA Professional Appraiser’s Information Exchange (PAIE). Logan has written a course for ISA in Understanding Upholstery and Drapery Treatments.

Logan and Dick are current ISA members and were last recertified as ISA members in 2006. ISA requires that members be requalified every 5 years.

Logan and Dick are involved in the local community, being active in the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. They are graduates of the Chamber’s Leadership Bay program.

Logan and Dick are both graduates of the University of Houston. Dick is an electrical engineer. Logan is a liberal arts major graduating cum laude and named one of the top 10 students based on leadership and scholarship.
